Loop Mount has had over 200 hours of testing with extensive attention taken to its durability in all normal uses. It grips your phone with 3kgs of strength.
Loop Mount is designed for road riding. We have tested it successfully using a gravel bike for some off-road riding. Although it is very strong, we wouldn’t recommend it for extreme off-road riding. There are some great products out there aimed at these extreme use cases.
It fits up to 14.5mm / 9/16” thick phones/cases.
The Mount will fit all mainstream round handlebar sizes. These range from - 22.2mm 31.8mm / (7/8" to 1 1/4")
it will also fit around the stem if within these size parameters.

Each mount now comes with 3 small shims, which in most cases, will allow it to fit to VanMoof bikes.

The Micro Mount is machined from lightweight metal with precision engineering, we’ve built it to last. It has had over 200 hours of testing with extensive attention given to its durability in all normal uses. (Normal road riding).The springs in the mechanism grip the phone firmly while the tab/lip details help to hold the phone in place over bumps.
Micro Mount is designed for road riding only. We have tested it successfully using a gravel bike for some mild off-road riding. Although it is very strong - we don’t recommend it for off-road riding. There are some great products out there aimed at these extreme use cases.
It’s able to accommodate almost any major brand phone on the market up to 83mm / (3 1/4") wide & 12.7mm / (1/2") depth.

This will depend on how you want to fit it, options below -
Fixed stem position - This requires you to have a threadless stem. This is our favourite place for the mount to be, most bikes since the late 90’s are fitted with a threadless stem. Simply remove your existing stem bolt and cap and replace with the Micro Mount and Bolt provided, we even give you an Allen key to help.
Older Quill style stem - A lot of bikes made before the late 90’s will have this type of stem. This means you’ll be unable to mount it in the fixed stem position. However, you should be able to use it with one of the additional accessories made for removable mode.

We highly recommend the orientation to be portrait. When using in the fixed stem position, you'll need to determine this before you fit the mount.

Yes. We will gladly process a refund for any Loop product sent back to us in immaculate condition, within 30 days of the original purchase.*

1) Inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and let us know why you want to return it.
(Please make sure this is within the 30-days of your original purchase date).
2) We’ll then send you a Return Authorisation link.
3) Use your Return Authorisation link and complete the returns form using your Shopify purchase number and the email you used for purchase.
Please note that if a Loop product is returned for any reason other than repair under warranty, the customer is responsible for all postage charges to return it.
Much as we would love to, unfortunately, (like the vast majority of campaigns) we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on items received as crowdfunding rewards.
The support we get from our crowdfunding backers allows us to grow our business, gather customer feedback, design new products and improve existing ones. In the crowdfunding community, the items that you receive after making a pledge are referred to as “rewards” because they are not purchases in the traditional sense. Our products are sent to our supporters as a token of appreciation for their support of our business.
Crowdfunding rewards are offered at a significant discount, which does not allow room to issue refunds or have customer service to the same level as an established retail offer (which builds these things into the margins).
We really appreciate the support you have given our project, without which, our product would simply not exist. If you have decided that your reward is not quite right for you, here are a few suggestions of what to do with it in the spirit of crowdfunding…
1. Give your reward to a friend.
Our products might not work for you, but there are many folks out there who might find them very valuable. We’d love for you to share our gear with a friend of yours who is into photography.
2. Sell your reward to somebody.
Many crowdfunding rewards were purchased below the retail value – if you want to recuperate that value and possibly even more, throw your reward up on eBay.
3. Give your reward another chance.
Some of our products can take some getting used to.

Simply drop us an email on email@example.com telling us what’s gone wrong, include some images so we can make sure it doesn't happen again. We’ll then help to get it fixed or replaced. We're a small team but will always aim to get back to you within 72 hours.
